Die Demonstration Hanfparade
Die Hanfparade ist nicht nur eine Demonstration, bei der die Missbilligung von Bestimmungen im BtMG seitens der Teilnehmer zum Ausdruck gebracht wird, sondern auch eine Kritik an der oft oberflächlichen und einseitigen Berichterstattung über Drogen im allgemeinen und Cannabis im speziellen in den Massenmedien. Vertreter dieser Medien werden die Hanfparade beobachten und darüber berichten. Für diese Medienvertreter ist immer die Zahl der Teilnehmer eine wichtige Größe für die Art der Aufmachung ihrer Berichterstattung. Je mehr Leute zur Hanfparade erscheinen, umso schwieriger wird es für diese Medienvertreter, die Hanfparade als Ganzes sowie die zum Ausdruck gebrachten Meinungskundgebungen tot zu schweigen. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass viele Leute zur Hanfparade kommen und dass Botschaften zur allgemeinen Meinungsbildung klar und gut verständlich vermittelt werden. Genau darin liegt der Wesenskern der Versammlungsfreiheit.
